Biological Activity	(+)-MK-801 is known to be a specific non-competitive antagonist of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors.Besides having an anticonvulsant effect， this compound possesses a central sympathomimetic effect and an anxiolytic-like action.[2]
