Chromatographic conditions as followed: Zorbax Eclipse Plus-C18 (4.6 mm × 100 mm, 5 μm, Agilent, USA) capillary column, ultraviolet detector (250 nm detection wavelength), mobile phase consisting of 0.025 M phosphate buffer (pH 6.7) with 83% (solution A) and 17% acetonitrile (solution B) in water, 0.5 mL/min flow rate and column at 30 ℃.
