β-Dextranase

Product introduction

This strain is a β-glucanase preparation produced by Trichoderma reesei. It hydrolyzes β-glucan to produce oligosaccharide, glucose. This product is food grade product, in line with the relevant international and domestic standards.

Scope of application

1. In beer production, it is added at the beginning of glycation, and the recommended dosage is 0.01-0.05kg/t malt. It can reduce the viscosity of wort, speed up the filtration rate, improve the malt dissolution rate, and improve the beer sensory index.

2. In the feed compound enzyme, the amount of the enzyme is 0.004-0.02kg/t full feed. It can degrade the viscosity of animal intestinal contents, eliminate the effect of anti-nutritional factors, and improve the growth performance of animals.

3. Sucrose industry is used when the viscosity of sugar liquid increases due to microbial infection, filtration is difficult, and crystallization is difficult. The recommended test addition as a starting point was 0.01kg/t dry base.

4. It is recommended to add 1/10,000 of the dry weight of the medicinal materials. The specific amount of addition was carried out experimentally.

Unit definition

1g of enzyme powder (or 1ml of enzyme solution) hydrolyzed 1% β-glucan solution to produce 1μg glucose at 50℃ and pH4.8 for 1min. The amount of enzyme was 1 unit of β-glucanase activity.

Storage packaging:

This preparation is a bioactive substance and should be stored in a low temperature and dry place to avoid direct sunlight and long-term contact with outside air.

Product shelf life:

This product has a shelf life of 12 months in a sealed, cool and dry environment, and a shelf life of 18 months in a low temperature dry environment of 5-10℃.

Due to the fermentation raw materials, cycle and other factors, the product color is slightly different, which will not affect the use effect.
