| Background | M-NFS-60 cells were isolated from Cas-Br-MuLV-induced myeloid leukemia in wild mice. M-NFS-60 cells respond to interleukin 3 (interleukin -3,IL-3) and macrophage colony stimulation factor (M-CSF). M-NFS-60 cells contain a truncated c-myb carcinogen, which is caused by retroviral integration. M-NFS-60 cells can be used in 3D cell culture and immune system disorders, and are a suitable host for transfection. |

| Note | 1. The cell is suspended cells, please pay attention to centrifugal collection of cell suspension, do not directly pour out cell culture fluid; 2. The concentration of M-CSF can be increased when the cell resuscitates. The concentration of M-CSF can be increased when the cell state changes. 3. Laboratory tests found that when the cell is in good condition, There is no requirement for M-CSF concentration. The lowest attempt without M-CSF resuscitation cells are still in good condition. Increase the M-CSF concentration when the state is different. In the limit state, 96 holes in the plate culture, M-CSF concentration increases to 120ng/mL. It can adjust cell activity well and make the cell grow rapidly. |
