| Background | 293 [HEK-293] cells are immortalized cells formed by human adenovirus 5 (Ad5) transfection of human embryonic kidney cells, and 293 [HEK-293] cells contain and express transfection Ad5 genes. Early reports indicate that there is adenovirus in the cell genome of 293 [HEK-293] 5 (Ad5) DNA at the left and right ends of the genome, but it is now clear that only DNA at the left end exists. Cloning sequencing of Ad5 insertion points revealed ,Ad5 1-4344 linear nucleotides integrated into 293 [HEK-293] cell chromosome 19 (19q13.2) 293 [HEK-293] Cells are hosts of human adenovirus vector amplification, which can express abnormal gluconin cell surface receptors consisting of integrin β1 subunits and gluconectin receptor α-v subunits. |
