The pH of Human serum albumin (HSA) is 5.0-8.0 and Endotoxin ＜5EU/mg, which is the most abundant protein in human plasma, with non-glycosylation and high stability. It is a transport carrier of hormones, lipids and other substances, and its main physiological function is to regulate plasma pH and maintain plasma osmolality. This product is human serum albumin expressed and purified from rice endosperm cells, and does not contain any animal-derived components, eliminating the risk of blood-borne virus infection. It is used in various immunoassay experiments, diagnostic enzymes or antigen and antibody stabilizers, sample diluents or blocking solutions, protein quantification standards, positive or matrix detection controls, etc. Compared with fetal bovine serum (FBS), bovine serum albumin (BSA) and plasma-derived albumin (pHSA), this product avoids the interference of IgG, hormones and other substances from human or animal sources on sample detection.
