It contains Azide groups that can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also react with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups in strain-promoted acetylene cycloaddition (SPAAC). |
