| Product Description | Dh10b-t1 is an improved strain of DH10B. The strain was resistant to T1 and T5 phages. Deletion of nuclease (endA1) gene improves plasmid yield and quality;mcrA genotype markers and mcrBC, mrr deletion make this strain suitable for cloning plasmid DNA containing methylcytosine and methyladenine. It is suitable for cloning and augmenting plasmids, constructing gene banks or generating cDNA libraries using plasmid derived vectors. The ?80laczδM15 marker provides α-complementation of the β-galactosidase gene, and only the addition of IPTG and X-gal is required to perform a blue-white spot screening experiment based on the α-complementation principle. DH10B-T1 receptor cells produced by our company are processed by special process and can be used for chemical transformation of DNA. The conversion efficiency of pUC19 plasmid was up to 108CFU/μg. Each receptive state can be packaged and used as appropriate, reducing the cost of the experiment. Stable quality, easy to use, high quality and low price. |
| Note | 1，the receptive cells should be stored at -70℃，not repeatedly frozen and thawed and placed for too long，in order to avoid reducing the conversion efficiency of the receptive cells. 2，the conversion operation should be carried out according to the requirements of the corresponding temperature and aseptic conditions. 3. In order to prevent the conversion experiment from being successful，part of the connected reaction liquid can be retained to re-convert and minimize the loss. |
