Product introduction：

This product is purified by Protein A/G affinity chromatography to produce purified sheep or rabbit IgG antibodies with high purity (>95%) and high activity.

This product is a PBS solution, which can be prepared into different concentrations according to user requirements. It is best to store at -20℃ before use, and different concentrations can be diluted according to the use method.

Usually different purposes can be diluted with the following buffer solution, pay attention to fully dissolved after mixing. Frozen for a long time will produce a small amount of polymer, it is best to centrifuge at low temperature and high speed before use, remove cold polymerized globulin and denatured protein after quantification.

Antibody label: 500ug ~ 20mg/ml, ELISA plate: 10 ~ 20ug/ml, chromatographic gold bar control line: 2mg/ml, etc.

Colloidal gold label: Diluted with pH9.0 boric acid buffer.

HRP labeling: Diluted with 0.01mol/L pH9.0CB or coated solution CB.

Fluorescein labeling: 0.5mol/L Ph 9.5CB (carbonate buffer) dilution.

Biotin labeling: diluted with 0.1mol/L NaHCO3.

Other methods: such as immunodiffusion can be diluted with 0.01mol/L pH7.2PBS.
